EKCL's Elektromeridian Treatment
We know the struggles associated with the quitting process are why many smokers choose to delay their own. Withdrawal symptoms, can be incredibly wearing. But now there is an easy way to quit..
EKCL Treatments offers a forward-thinking and innovative new approach to quitting smoking. All of our treatments are Scientifically Proven, but we pride ourselves on being an alternative option to conventional types of medicine. Our approach is 100% natural and only takes 20 minutes , so you’ll always feel in control, comfortable and unexposed to horrible side-effects associated with other medical alternatives.
Our treatment is Elektromeridian Kobra: a unique type of therapy which only last 20 minutes, thus making it one of the fastest and most effective ways of quitting smoking! It targets particular areas of the body that are stressed in various ways. Through computerised electronic equipment, our therapy stimulates certain parts of the body, and increases the production of endorphins. Endorphins are a chemical produced by our brain that relieve our body of stress and pain. It’s a new way to look at treating addiction; an innovative alternative to hit and miss forms of treatment. In partnership with Antismoking Service, we are a trusted and legitimate type of smoking cessation treatment, well accustomed to success in our native home, Italy.
- 1. Targets particular stressed locations on the body
- 2. Stimulation of these areas occurs through electrostimulation
- 3. This increases the production of endorphins
- 4. In turn this will relieve the stress and pain induced from smoking
The exact scientific process
The Elektromeridian Kobra method uses the principle of reflexology and auriculotherapy, by stimulating through a focussed spherical shape. Under computerized electronic operations, it restores the psycho-physical balance that has been altered by inhaling cigarette smoke. There are 25 stimulated points of the right pavilion headset and 22 points of the left pavilion headset. Each point stimulated corresponds to a specific organ or part of the body.
The difference between this method and traditional acupuncture: while determining the same vibrations at the point of the epidermal needle’s insertion, it distinguishes between the parameters previously included in the microchip. With computer management software and the cutaneous resistance of the subject, the body is stimulated to increase the production of the endorphins necessary to compensate for the body’s request for nicotine.

Where to start your EKCL smoking cessation journey
If you’re looking to quit smoking, it’s sometimes a case of ‘where do I start?’ At EKCL, there are a number of things we think everyone needs to identify and outline before they start their journey towards a better life.
First and foremost, you should always look for a powerful and personal reason on why you want to stop smoking. This should be the driving factor behind all of your efforts, something that will really inspire and motivate you throughout the ups and downs of smoking cessation.
Elektromeridian Kobra is an effective treatment method, but that’s not to say it can’t be helped along the way. Smoking cessation can be a heavy struggle, but with these tips, it’s sure to be a much easier transition.
- Make the Decision
Don’t tip-toe around the thought of quitting. If you say you’re going to do it, you have to commit to it. A half-hearted attempt never lasts long, and the lure of smoking takes over. Be decisive and make a lasting change
- Choose a Quit Date
Again, this is all about being decisive and direct. A quit date gives you an end goal and shows you what you need to do to get there. It’s a great motivating factor and one that you can refer back to while trying to quit. Of course, with EKCL, our treatment is a much shorter process. It only lasts 20 minutes – one of the quickest smoking cessation methods known. But identifying when you’re due to start treatment and make the change is still a great step in the right direction.
- Understand High-Risk Scenarios
Smoking is a habit. Someone addicted will rarely think before reaching for a cigarette; it just comes naturally. This is why smoking is so difficult to quit. Its habitual feature means it can be triggered by a range of situations – scenarios where you’d subconsciously reach for a cigarette. These include, coffee breaks, driving, stressful situations, drinking alcohol, finishing a meal and when on the phone. Identifying and understanding why you’re more inclined to smoke in these moments is a great way to resist when they do occur.
- Tell People
Abstaining from smoking can be a lonely process. This is why we advise all of our clients to tell those close to them what they’re going through. When we communicate with people, we are far more likely to be successful. If you decide to do the treatment with someone else, you’ll also get a 25% discount off the final price. Friends or family know that you may be in need of emotional support and they’ll be far more inclined to provide it.
- Stay Active
Keep your mind and body busy. Smoking is often a product of boredom – a time filler. When you’re busy doing other things, there’s no time to stop and smoke. Staying fit is also a great way to kick start your new healthy lifestyle.
The Problem with Alternative Methods
There are many ways to stop smoking; from e-cigarettes to nicotine patches, gums, sprays and various types of medication. At EKCL, we’re convinced ours is the most effective.
Why are we so confident? Not only is Elektromeridian Kobra quick and easy to use – and boasts an incredibly high success rate – but it’s also void of any side effects associated with more conventional methods. It sounds too good to be true, but it really is that good. We’ve outlined the limitations of some more well-known solutions that might make you think twice when you decide it’s time to quit.
Nicotine is the component that gets people addicted – when someone says there addicted to smoking, they are in fact addicted to nicotine. NRT is a popular way to try and abstain from smoking. It substitutes the regular amount of nicotine contained by a cigarette, with a lower dosage; a slow release from your constant need for that nicotine rush. It’s available in a range of forms, like chewing gum, patches, nasal or mouth spray and tablets too. There are, however, a number of potential side effects, relatively unknown by those who opt for this avenue. These include:
- Skin irritation
- Upset stomach
- Difficulty sleeping / insomnia
Varenicline (known by its brand name, Champix) is a medicine designed to reduce your nicotine cravings, while blocking the rewarding effects of smoking which keep people hooked. It’s a prescription medicine, so you have to go through the process of your GP recommending it before taking it. Possible side effects include:
- Feeling a bit sick
- A dry mouth
- Constipation or diarrhoea
- Difficulty Sleeping/Insonmia
Bupropion was originally prescribed as a medicine for those suffering from depression; it has since, however, been used to treat people looking to quit smoking. It’s a tablet form, which spans a course of seven to nine weeks. Again, this medicine’s success rate for those looking to stop smoking is relatively unknown, and results are sporadic. Potential side effects, include:
- Difficulty sleeping/insonmia
- Dry Mouth
- Feeling and being sick
- Difficulty concentrating
When it comes to giving up smoking, these are often seen as the most stylish options. E-cigarettes are electronic devices that produce nicotine in a vapour form to mimic the feeling of smoking. Unlike real cigarettes, however, they do not contain tar or carbon monoxide. E-cigarettes are said to be an innovative way to combat a smoking addiction. But there are still a number of concerns surrounding health issues these devices may pose.
There will always be scepticism around new types of medicine. But sometimes traditional medicine has just as many negative side effects that can be extremely off putting for someone looking to start the abstinence journey. At EKCL, our innovation and modern outlook removes the risk of these symptoms. It’s a quick fix with lasting changes; scientifically approved and medically endorsed.
