Treatments including a single session:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to make changes to the time or date of an appointment, we will then try and find an alternative appointment.
  • We can only offer a change of appointment a maximum of one time, although this is subject to exceptional circumstances.

Circumstances where this may apply include, but are not limited to:
  • Recent surgery
  • Client misbehavior
  • The client becoming unwell

Please inform your therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to booking as it may render the treatment inappropriate. We reserve the right to cancel your treatment if you fail to comply with this request, no refunds will be made for payments already taken.

  • All clients must complete the consultation form prior to treatment.
  • Treatments will only be conducted if EKCL Ltd. Deems the treatment as safe for the client.

Treatment conducted by EKCL Ltd. Is not a substitute for proper medical diagnoses or treatment. At no point will a client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or make changes to their prescription drugs. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with their GP before getting treatment with EKCL Ltd.

During treatment, we will need to collect personal information regarding the client. This will be used to tailor the treatment to the individual. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will be updated whenever the client advises.

Treatments will address personal and private aspects of a client’s life and this information will be kept strictly confidential with the exception of information which, if withheld, may result in danger to the client or others.

In the event that staff sickness or another circumstance prevents us from carrying out your treatment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide you with either a voucher for the amount paid or a refund. We will then aim to book you in for an alternative appointment at your earliest convenience.

If you become unwell before your treatment is due to commence you must contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a voucher for the amount you’ve paid to this point and we’ll look to rebook an alternative appointment at your earliest convenience.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you attend an appointment while unwell or with the risk of contagion. In doing so you will forfeit your deposit and any further treatments scheduled will be canceled.
  • EKCL Ltd. Uses the appropriate tools and PPE to prevent transmission of infection. EKCL cannot be held responsible for any infection you contract subsequent to visiting our center.
Referral Scheme Voucher

If you refer someone to EKCL for treatment and they pay the deposit, you will be entitled to 10% of the final price paid, in the form of a voucher or any other method at the discretion of EKCL, following retailers*

When paying their deposit, the client you have referred must provide your name and surname and explain how you came to refer them to EKCL.

  • We regret to inform you we will be unable to offer any referral vouchers if we’re given your details after the deposit is paid.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice.

Feedback Forms

Feedback forms will be sent to clients at the discretion of EKCL Ltd.
The content of these forms may be used in publicity material, for example on our website, however, we will not do so without the permission of the client first.

Website Content

The content of the website will be authorized and managed by EKCL. Testimonials and photographs will only be displayed with the consent of those involved. Once you have given consent photographs and testimonials may be used in publicity materials and on the website.

Complaints Procedure:

  • Before beginning the complaints procedure or publishing a negative review on social media you are invited to discuss your grievance with us in order then we can try and resolve it.
  • If a client wishes to make a complaint about EKCL, they must do so by emailing the following address [email protected]
  • The complaint must include the date, location, treatment type, the client’s full name, and the details regarding the complaint as well as your desired outcome.
  • We will take all complaints very seriously and will provide a response within 28 days.
  • We can only consider a claim for compensation or a refund once we have investigated your complaint. This includes your adherence to our terms and conditions and any warranties offered at the time of treatment. If EKCL is found to be at fault for any aspect of your complaint we will consider all appropriate means of compensating you for example through a refund or voucher.
  • In cases where the treatment has been unsuccessful or only partially successful, we will endeavor to provide refunds on the terms recorded on the warranty signed by the customer at the end of their session.

EKCL provides treatment by a franchise agreement with REALITY2000 and ANTISMOKING CENTER.
Our therapists are fully trained by us and will only provide treatment when authorized to do so by EKCL.
In the session discussions, nothing an EKCL therapist or representative said is to be intended as a medial suggestion. Neither the therapist nor EKCL can be prosecuted for the misunderstanding of the client.

The above terms and conditions are valid from the time deposit are paid and the appointment commences.

Clients will be required to sign a paper copy of these terms and conditions before their treatment commences and this will apply to all subsequent visits and treatments.
